Are you looking for a great place to have a party? Look no further! Sunset Cabana Club has a large grassy area with a large BBQ, and the pool to keep everyone entertained! Policy for Scheduling and Use of Pool Facilities for Parties

Sunset Cabana Club facilities are here primarily for the use of its members and the club restricts the size and frequency of parties to avoid overcrowding and assure the availability of the facilities for the membership.

Sunset will make the pool facilities available for scheduled parties with the following guidelines:

Parties must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance through the office by completing the "Party Request Form", or emailing the Pool Manager. The Manager or a staff member will confirm the date and time and if it is available. 

There is a $125 fee for the party that includes up to 20 guests (non-members). An additional fee of $5/person is charged for any additional non-members guests over the allotted 20. The party fee and a signed contract must be received at least 7 days in advance of the party.   Any extra guests can be paid the day of the party.

Party also included use of BBQ and tables reserved if needed. Please note, members are allowed to use the BBQ, BBQ area, and some tables during parties.

A refund will be issued for any party that is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to it's scheduled date.

Guests under the age of 1 are not charged however ALL attending guests will be considered in the party headcount.  

Parties may not be longer than 3 hours. The typical party time slots will be 1-4pm and 4-7pm on Saturdays, and 1-4pm or 2-5pm on Sundays.  

Only a Member will be allowed to book a party.  Parties must have a designated responsible adult member (party chaperone) that must be present during the entire party. This person is responsible for their non-member guests and clean up.

It is the discretion of the Pool Manager as to how many parties are booked in a day based on the number attending.

THERE ARE NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES.
